The nurses would not help my mother get out of the bed to the bathroom, they r very lazy and don't care about anything but a check, even the head nurses would not help, this place is ignorant and the idiots working there r just plan dumbasses!!
My grandmother spent the last couple of months of her life at Richfield Living while battling the final stages of ALS. While a few staff members showed compassion, most were disorganized, uncooperative, and unwilling to work with our family—even as we advocated for her comfort during hospice care. I came to Richfield for rehab when I was discharged from LewisGale and wasn't sure how to feel. I've had some bad experiences at other facilities. After admitting here, I've never been treated so kindly as I have here. Very compassionate staff. I'm close to finishing my stay here, but would encourage anyone who had the chance to come here. It's been a very uplifting experience and I've felt at home. I got great therapy. The food was very good. If I need to again, I would come back here in a hurry!
