I came to Richfield for rehab when I was discharged from LewisGale and wasn't sure how to feel. I've had some bad experiences at other facilities. After admitting here, I've never been treated so kindly as I have here. Very compassionate staff. I'm close to finishing my stay here, but would encourage anyone who had the chance to come here. They allow staff to be bullied by other staff and assaulted by patients, then make false accusations based on their click as a team effort. They have lost many lawsuits and now owned by Friendship to survive. High staff turnover in every department.
Beautiful facility, good food, caring staff. If you need a rehab stay, this is the right place for you.
Richfield was started by a woman named Jane Morgan Harris. Richfield has erased this woman’s name from their history. Tore down the chapel that was named after a woman who was a pioneer in her time and replaced with a man! Let’s be real. Richfield has become just another corrupt corporation. No respect to the women that work there. Disappointed. Do better! Show little girls being a strong woman is a good thing.
