Shuttle driver was prompt and courteous. We left the parking lot at exactly 8:00 am. They had chain lube, rags and pump when we got to the top. The driver navigated the road nicely, what a rough road. Glad I didn’t have to ride up it!

This is a great shuttle service to use to ride Spinal Tap. They even told us with plenty of warning that they were having a delay getting down the mountain from an earlier shuttle ride, and they still picked us up on time. The ride up to the top is a rough road, but their van is pretty comfortable and it was an enjoyable ride.
Awesome experience. Shuttle location is perfect— right at the bottom of the trails. Great service. Offered rags and oil for our chains. Spinal tap was a blast. Will come back!!
