I’ve previously bought all my TVs, soundbars, Blu Ray players and accessories etc from them and found them brilliant in the past. I needed to buy a new sound bar today after my last one suddenly stopped working. Called the nearest store to me and told them what model I wanted and they said ‘no problem come on in, we have it in stock’. I drove all the way there, paid for parking and then was told they don’t have the item in stock!!!! I’ve purchased occasionally from Richer sounds over the past 20 years. A few weeks ago I bought a Roksan K3 amplifier that was having an issue. The service team said they could arrange collection and a replacement or it would be quicker if I took it into a store. Went into the store today, and could not have been treated better by Gilbert who was friendly, professional and ultra-helpful. Rare to see customer service this good, but brilliant when it happens. I have been dealing with Richer Sounds MK for many years now. Both as a customer and as a business. They always want to do more when it comes to meeting customers expectations. The level of customer service is second to none. When ever I visit the store they are all so helpful. I love the fact there is no hard sell and it is all based on seeing what the customer looking for are allowing them to guide the journey.
