Horrible service. I used them for several years and paid a good deal of money. Had tax appointment March 20, 2024. They must have filed an extension because I didn’t hear from them for months. I had to pay a penalty to the IRS for not paying an estimated tax. Who knew??? Not me, I am not the professional, nor would I have even a vague idea of what was owed. **★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Awful Experience – Negligence Cost Me Time and Money** I had an extremely disappointing experience with this CPA. I entrusted them with filing three years worth of taxes, and after more than two weeks, absolutely *nothing* had been done. To make matters worse, I was told an extension was filed on my behalf because they couldn't get it completed in time (which I agreed to). Not a great experience. Wouldn't recommend, overall expensive and won't be returning for providing little help. Do it yourself or find someone else
Second year filing taxes here. Our appt. was immediately before my in-laws, their taxes were filed and returned that same week. Timko never communicated an extended wait time, however after a few calls, the taxes were finally filed over 4 weeks later. The paperwork we received and signed off on for the return was not what we received from the state or federal - it was thousands less!
