From what started with a very positive experience and a very helpful phone initial phone call with Jon Miles my experience with Richardson Swift went down hill. On following up a good while later by email I was met with a slightly defensive response being told I’d had a generous assist prior and that it was on me to have sent in various documents for review. I would not trust these people. The receptionist dippy and not know much, due to spelling out several times over the phone an email and phone number I needed some tax advice that was not complicated. Said they’d get back to me after a few days. After asking them again when not replied they wanted £400 to read 1 email and give basic advice on tax. I really would not bother with this company.
