Very friendly, seem to be quick (I'm already being loaded). Definitely glad I followed Google maps to get here as my truck GPS still thinks I'm 34 miles away despite being in a dock. They have some signs out telling you where to go. I came in off 40 and took the exit for the Pilot and went south to turn right onto 2587. Followed that to JJ (sign on the corner) and followed the signs after that. Roads are a bit narrow but manageable.
