Awful and unprofessional, documents sent late, bullying in mediations by Neil Richardson. Neil often threatened to take the other party to court as a tactic to railroad and intimidate. You get what you pay for I guess?
Professional and very realistic Tell you how it is and no bullshit
Lack of communication and if you're on legal aid, you get what you pay for.
Unable to assist or unwilling to provide information of which I latter found with another Solicitor there may have been a conflict. All he had to do was tell me just that. Found the man to be unprofessional in his approach. Would not recommend.. Left disappointed
