receptionist had no clue how to answer basic questions. Anyone utilizing MetLife legal should select any other legal operator. False advertising via MetLife legal.
Celie has helped me with many things over many years and I've always been pleased with her. She talks to me like I'm not a moron, which goes a long way for me. She's also been willing to handle most things via email, which is my preference.
Celie Richardson of Richardson Law Firm was everything but helpful. Celie responded with indignation and just an overall unwillingness to answer questions. I would ask the Celie understand that most individuals do not have any knowledge of the legal system and how it works. When a potential client asks a question, she would approach from a moment to educate and inform and not respond as if the inquirer is a nuisance. I would look elsewhere for legal help.
Celie was knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. She exceeded my expectations and I'm grateful for having her by my side through a debt collection defense. Highly recommend!
Quite obtuse and very annoying. Ms. Richardson was definitely not my cup of tea.
