As a former RISD student and multi-decade resident of the area, I can't believe how much has changed in negative ways at the RISD. RISD and Dallas County taxes are due on the same day. I mailed my property tax payments for the RISD and Dallas County on the same day, didn't have any issues with Dallas County, and was told by the RISD that I must pay an almost $700 late fee for my payment arriving ONE DAY LATE.
