We ordered two Colby sectionals years ago and they are still holding up well. The craftsmanship and construction are truly top notch. Will only buy Richardson products in the future.

I ordered from Mega Furniture a custom ottoman from Richardson to match our couch we purchased (also from Richardon). The ottoman was supposed to be 20 inches tall, compared to a 21 in couch/chaise. The ottoman is 18 inches tall, which is 3 inches shorter than our chaise that we purchased this for. You can see the gap in the photos. We have contacted Mega Furniture so many times and now have even involved lawyers but they will not respond and they have made no effort to make this right. All they do is blame Richardon. I get asked often, “where did you get that couch?! 😍” This is my second couch from the Richardson’s , and the only reason I needed a second was because a family member wanted mine ! 🤣 I got mine in 2019 and it’s withstood the test of time ! Cushions all well intact. Cloth selection is top tier and I didn’t realize the right couch can make someone so happy , to be fair , it is the center of my home and where I spend a lot of time . Quality product and quality people stand behind this company 👍👍

I bought my couch about 3 years ago, we ordered the softer foam, and when we purchased it through Mega Furniture, they assured us that it would be like sitting on clouds. Well here we are 3 years later, and it's still really tough and uncomfortable to sit on. I reached out to Mega Furniture first, and there was a lot of back and forth. I have 2 custom sectionals purchased from Richardson furniture. One is 6-8 years old and still looks and feels new. When I needed a new sectional, I knew where to go. I had a warranty issue with the newer sectional and Dean has taken great care of us. Dean stands by his product and wants to produce a great product that people can enjoy for many years. You can't get a better quality sofa for the price. We will continue to purchase furniture from Richardson!
