My experience with Richardson Employment Law was disappointing due to poor communication. After receiving an email about my case in April, I contacted the office twice to ask for clarification. Each time, I was assured that someone would return my call, but I never heard back. I understand that not every case can be accepted, but I expected the courtesy of a follow-up. I hope the firm improves its communication with prospective clients in the future.
I am disappointed with the level of communication I received from Richardson Employment Law. I initially reached out and requested a callback regarding my case, but I did not receive any follow-up communication. After waiting for a response, I was later informed that my case was not accepted for business reasons. If you’re looking for professional, respectable, and dedicated work from your lawyer don’t go anywhere else but here! My experience has shown me how much motivation and passionate a firm can be about a case. I was treated extremely well and was heard fully through and through the whole process. If I had to go through it again they would by first choice!
