Excellent repair shop and owner! I needed a new charging port, and he was able to fix it within 20 minutes - and did it was a smile. This is my new repair shop for phones!
The staff here is AMAZING they are patient, kind and friendly. I will not use any other repair shop. Their prices are very reasonable and they work with you too!!! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Scam scam scam. DO NOT trust this business. 16 pro max screen replacement, screen lasted days 3 , now cameras don’t work, can barely type, and line across the phone screen. They are rude and unwilling to take accountability and are blaming me for these issues. Horrible place do not let them touch your products even if it seems like a good deal. Stay away.
This place is amazing. As I have a daughter who is very hard on phones, they always take great care of me and do fantastic, high quality work. 100% recommend.
I have a friend who is blind, and lives alone. He is totally dependant on his iphone. The title screen was locked, preventing him and myself to access setting and other features. I took him to Richardson Cellphones and Repair. The Technician was very kind and patient as he worked to successfully fix the problem. I was willing to pay for his service, but he declined. This showed his integredity. I highly recommend this shop for cellphones and other electronics needing repair. Thank you!!
