The staff here is AMAZING they are patient, kind and friendly. I will not use any other repair shop. Their prices are very reasonable and they work with you too!!! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I have a friend who is blind, and lives alone. He is totally dependant on his iphone. The title screen was locked, preventing him and myself to access setting and other features. I took him to Richardson Cellphones and Repair. The Technician was very kind and patient as he worked to successfully fix the problem. I was willing to pay for his service, but he declined. This showed his integredity. I highly recommend this shop for cellphones and other electronics needing repair. Thank you!!
I went in for help with my Google pixel that was glitching and randomly restarting, and for repair on my husband's Xbox remote. They were super helpful super quick! I would highly recommend them!
Awesome place, awesome people! Replaced my broken screen for under $100 a few months ago, just went in for a troubleshooting issue and was out in under five minutes, phone fixed no charge. Always helpful and courteous staff, keep up the great work!
