I did not use them. I wanted to reapolser my rv furniture and I could buy new furniture for almost half what they wanted. It may have been a reasonable estimate, but it was way more than we were willing to pay. I saw Richards Upholstery's response and had to respond back myself. I could see if this was some family heirloom that was passed down for generations, but it's for an old camper, for goodness sake. Maybe you could do 3 star work for a 3 star price when appropriate. Or just say it would be cost prohibited.

I recently had a complete overhaul of outdoor furniture upholstery (seat cushions and back cushions). I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the choices of high-quality fabrics and foams. All items came back looking even better than when I had originally bought them. I was even more impressed with the turnaround time. From when the order was placed, and when I took delivery of the final product, way above expectations.
Did you know that Richards Upholstery not only sells, but also repairs venetian blinds? Over the past few years Brian has restrung/repaired several blinds for us, and done an excellent job with each one. It saved us a lot of money in the end. During many drop-off and pick-up trips to the shop, I've also noticed lots of fine looking upholstery pieces he was working on. Brian is a consummate professional and a very nice guy to boot. Highly recommend!
