Brian did a wonderful job reupholstering our dining room chairs- great work, fair price. And over the past few years Brian has restrung/repaired several blinds for us, and done an excellent job with each one. It saved us a lot of money in the end. During many drop-off and pick-up trips to the shop, I've also noticed lots of fine looking upholstery pieces he was working on. Brian is a consummate professional and a very nice guy to boot. Highly recommend!
I did not use them. I wanted to reapolser my rv furniture and I could buy new furniture for almost half what they wanted. It may have been a reasonable estimate, but it was way more than we were willing to pay. I saw Richards Upholstery's response and had to respond back myself. I could see if this was some family heirloom that was passed down for generations, but it's for an old camper, for goodness sake. Maybe you could do 3 star work for a 3 star price when appropriate. Or just say it would be cost prohibited.

I recently had a complete overhaul of outdoor furniture upholstery (seat cushions and back cushions). I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and the choices of high-quality fabrics and foams. All items came back looking even better than when I had originally bought them. I was even more impressed with the turnaround time. From when the order was placed, and when I took delivery of the final product, way above expectations.
