Richards Upholstery in Ashland MA just re upholstered a chair for me. Brian was referred to me by a local business owner who utilizes Brian's services. Brian was so helpful and patient while I agonized over the selection of an appropriate material for my chair. He then promptly ordered the material and competed the work. The craftsmanship is excellent. I could not be more pleased with the end result. Will certainly return for any future projects.

Brian did a fantastic job reupholstering my six dining room chairs. He is friendly, professional and was quick to get the job completed. I am very happy with the results and the chairs look beautiful.

Brian did a wonderful job reupholstering our dining room chairs- great work, fair price. And over the past few years Brian has restrung/repaired several blinds for us, and done an excellent job with each one. It saved us a lot of money in the end. During many drop-off and pick-up trips to the shop, I've also noticed lots of fine looking upholstery pieces he was working on. Brian is a consummate professional and a very nice guy to boot. Highly recommend!

I did not use them. I wanted to reapolser my rv furniture and I could buy new furniture for almost half what they wanted. It may have been a reasonable estimate, but it was way more than we were willing to pay. I saw Richards Upholstery's response and had to respond back myself. I could see if this was some family heirloom that was passed down for generations, but it's for an old camper, for goodness sake. Maybe you could do 3 star work for a 3 star price when appropriate. Or just say it would be cost prohibited.
