After my below review they only settled one charge . I have been trying to reach Neil (accounting) from past two weeks but he is not responding to emails or calls. PATHETIC!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! I would like to warn all customers who have granted credit card authorization to Richards Packaging to be aware of the questionable practices. They may post incorrect charges to your credit card and they delay repayment indefinitely. I am currently disputing charges on my account but they continue to delay the resolution.

I have had at least four bad experiences with this company over the last 5 years, mainly with Rani. She made an error in cap size for one-liter glass amber Boston rounds. I asked her to use the same cap as per the last several orders. She said she was not able to look at the past order easily. She sent the wrong cap, which leaked badly. Emails back and forth, she refused to replace the caps until I engaged her supervisor, Pat, at the time, who quickly rectified the matter with a professional attitude. Have been dealing with Richard's for over a decade, and have found them to be professional and our current salesperson Margarida is excellent! Even the A/R person, Neil, is wonderful to deal with. Sure, they had supply chain issues during COVID (as did everyone in the World) but they were transparent and quick to respond to our MANY messages to them. Great shipping department too! Very happy with the service we have always received from Richards!
