I had Hire John Richards for some real estate eviction service he charge me $2,000. For a retainer cash my check and never returned any of my email or phone calls. He also told me that I can save 10% if I write a check or cash so I wrote him a check BIG MISTAKE . Even after checking his website and his review from other clients they must be all phony clients.
