We have used Richard at least 5 times since 2018. He is thorough, friendly, efficient, honest and above all, trustworthy. We will continue to buy homes and we will continue to use Richard. We wouldn’t trust our financing to anyone else!!!

Unfortunately, I wasted my time applying with this business for a mortgage. Their software doesn't work well with freelance, independent contractors, or people who rent. I was asked absurd questions, in a rude manner, and a lot of questions I had already answered. Also, my credit was checked without my permission.
