Richard West and his staff are fantastic! As a stress management practitioner, I refer to him to help my clients with their financial stress. They always report that he eases their mind and gives them the advice they need to take action.
I did not seek services with this company. During my evaluation/phone consultation, I felt the credit counselor was very combative and not empathetic at all. Financial problems and burdens are a very sensitive subject and vulnerable position to be in. This law office sends emails with videos on how sensitive and caring they are and the credit counselor came off very rude. That is not how you gain trust.
When I lost my job in 2012 and realized that I would be facing some financial difficulties, I contacted Richard West and had a free, in depth, consultation.
