i used them 3 times,this time i sold my house and owner finaced it and the woman who bought my house STOPPED paying me AFTER Mr Thomas told her she did not have to pay me,,that i was THE BANK,,that made me LOSE 4 notes ,,4 months of income of $3,400.00,,now it looks like i might get my house back without have to foreclose on the woman,,,if your going to be the BANK and owner fincenace the loan maybe you should get someone else to be your TRUSTEE on your note,,
