After a severe leg injury, I started physical therapy somewhere else and didn’t get much out of it. It felt like a waste of time and money. Switching to Power County Physical Therapy in American Falls was the best decision I made—I only wish I had started here sooner. I worked mostly with Dr. Jordan and Monica set up the appointments without a hiccup, but the entire staff here is friendly and welcoming. Great place! My husband and I received Physical Therapy here. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I recovered quickly and got stronger fast. Having a top-notch PT facility nearby is such benefit to the community.
Not the best experience. Did not meet my pt needs. Never really felt like he listened to what I had been doing previously. I was working harder on my own. And the Pta was very useless. I had to tell her what we did last time so we could do it again. That's her job to know what we are supposed to do. If I am doing your job why keep paying. Not a great experience. Difficult to get scheduled then not spoken to very nicely by the office staff. Like its my fault your phone system is not working properly. Was not pleased at all. W... read more
