Initially very responsive, but then rude on the phone. Asked me for my background and when I started a couple of years prior I was rudely and snarkily cut off with "I didn't ask for your whole history." Sent me paperwork to get started quickly, but then when I asked a question he ghosted me. If he didn't want to work with me he could have at least responded. Seemed like he knew what he was talking about and is likely quite good at his job, but this interaction felt really unprofessional.
