Do Not Hire this attorney if you need supportive paralegal work. This is an attorney who made me do the paralegal work, wrote pleadings that the Southern District Federal Court judge, Judge Sheindlin, shot down every time we went to court. Right before the trial, he withdrew from the case. The day of mediation he wanted to settle for less than 1/3 of what we were awarded.
