I turned in my tax stuff over a year ago. I continued to call throughout the year to get status updates and every time I was assured that I should not worry and that they would get done. After repeated attempts to get through to Richard he finally emailed me stating that he was sorry for the delay. He also sent me a list of " preliminary items" that he already had from a year ago just to get started. Last year I turned my Taxes in the Month of January, it wasn't until May it was ready. This year I turned it in during April it's now June still not ready. Over the Years they've gotten worse. Really rude Employees and very poor service.

They have a new female employee about 70 yrs of age with a small dog, that has a really bad nasty attitude. They do a Professional job but take forever to do your Taxes.
