Richard stayed in contact well. However, in the end I was very disappointed that Richard denied having a conversation about my final "out-of-pocket" cost for closing which I distinctly remember having, and I ended up paying over $2,800 in closing costs which I had no idea I would have to pay. This all came to light only a day before closing (when it was too late), so it felt like a "bait and switch."
