Since closing on my house, this firm has tried to keep my escrow and not pay my taxes which resulted in late fees. When I contacted the firm their response was, why didnt you call us soon, not we are sorry and will pay right away. Not only did they try to keep my escrow, I find out there's open permits on the property from the seller. I contact the firm again twice no response. Trust me, avoid!
