I've sat on whether or not to leave a review for a while. I know this business does well for others but very unprofessional in my particular case. I reached out to this business in March of 2023 when a friend worked there, after receiving a letter from the IRS. I was reassured for a year and 6 months letters were sent and I would be fine, no need to worry. I asked for copies along the way which were never provided. I still trusted their system. Rich Engle is the absolute best! He's friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, he responds quickly, and has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and know how. I really can't thank him enough for all he has done.
