I've sat on whether or not to leave a review for a while. I know this business does well for others but very unprofessional in my particular case. I reached out to this business in March of 2023 when a friend worked there, after receiving a letter from the IRS. I was reassured for a year and 6 months letters were sent and I would be fine, no need to worry. I asked for copies along the way which were never provided. I still trusted their system. Rich Engle is the absolute best! He's friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, he responds quickly, and has a wealth of knowledge, experience, and know how. I really can't thank him enough for all he has done. Rich and his team are fabulous. He has helped me with my LLC and tax questions. He is extremely down to earth and very knowledgeable. I have referred him to many of my clients who enjoy the same experience. If you want someone to handle your taxes and books then he is the person to do it.
