I've sat on whether or not to leave a review for a while. I know this business does well for others but very unprofessional in my particular case. I reached out to this business in March of 2023 when a friend worked there, after receiving a letter from the IRS. I was reassured for a year and 6 months letters were sent and I would be fine, no need to worry. I asked for copies along the way which were never provided. I still trusted their system.
