Just practicing If your looking for a lawyer, keep searching. This guy!..... Overpriced, was the first red flag. Referred to me by a colleague so maybe my expectations were too high. Once the prosecutor and Judge on this case were disclosed Richard Bechtolt Jr just simply gave up! Unwilling to put up a fight and already paid by enormous retainer Richard didn't even show up for the final sentencing nor did he return my calls afterwords.
