Met with this lawyer several months back, and gave him $600.00 which is all he wanted for a non-contested divorce. The last time I spoke to Mr. Kenniston he told me we were waiting on service, but to date the Sheriff's Department in Ohio County KY has not received any paperwork. Mr. Kenniston refuses to communicate with me, or go any further with my divorce proceedings. I am fling a formal complaint with the bar association.
Tried to charge me for 2 cases, when he was only going to court for one. Didn't call me one time ever unless he wanted paid . Then after I had paid over half of my bill, they tried to blackmail me into paying the rest by keeping my paperwork to sign so I could see my kids. A real winner!!
