Richard Neil is A JOKE! my entire case was conflict of interest and he STILL asked for my boys to be removed! The lady that spoke on my mental health was also the lady that assessed me as a 12 year old child that lost her mother! The judge that removed them in the first place was the same judge that put me on house arrest! After 7 years of a expensive and fruitless custody case with incompetant counsel that wasted time and $, I switched to Richard Neal and ended up with full custody--which was by all means the best interest.
