My parents resided at Richard House for 9 months. All the staff welcomed them into their family. They were respectful, helpful, caring and could not have done any more to make their stay a happy one. The meals are freshly cooked & nothing is too much trouble to prepare, the building is sanitised & cleaned every day. We have a family member at Richard House and our family couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff are lovely and the Manager Emma, always finds time for a kind word when we visit. We are very grateful to Emma and her staff for all their care. Lovely place
My Dad is in there and has recently had his leg amputated knee down he gets no support terrible meals and poor care.
