GREAT result in Court! Had to use this firm *three times* this year 🙄 (New Jersey sucks.) Different town each time and Great/best result each time. Would highly recommend! And THEY ARE AFFORDABLE! Sparing the entire details, a family member was charged with many tickets totaling to 19 points, facing license suspensions and very high fines. Richard quickly got on the phone and said he should be able to get many of the tickets dismissed and downgraded, to 4-6 points. We were originally skeptical because that just sounds unheard of, but come court time they reach a deal for 5 points and no license suspension, with even less fines than Richard expected. I'll spare the juicy details, but Richard's said they would reduce a 5-point ticket of a family member to zero. I was slightly skeptical at first since I remember a former prosecutor (of a similar small-town vein) in my younger years telling an entire court room, "If you have four or more points, don't even waste my time asking for zero." Bad representation did not help me in my case. You can tell he did not bother to look at any evidence as the outcome of my case went in favor of the courts. Obviously they get their share getting a guilty plea deal. I was better off representing myself than using these services. Please be mindful before falling for their false offers!
