I've used his firm for over 30 years for multiple real estate transactions and in my experience the firm is always excellent, efficient, not over priced, and doesn't waste your time.
Another terrible experience with Cold Richard Furlong. He could have given me the information over the phone but instead he let me drive 2 hrs there and back. I understood clearly what the law is and what he was saying but his delivery was horrible. Not one ounce of compassion or sympathy was shown to me. Please do not use this man
