We've been shopping for a new sofa and a new mattress for months. Today we got both in one shop. Good quality, good price. And sales supervisor Kevin was a star, not too pushy but available when we needed help.
Ordered a 3 piece suite in Nov 2024 told it would take 18 weeks till delivery. It is now July and STILL not been delivered. No information given only lies and excuses. Don’t shop there I certainly won’t be back 😡😡😡😡
Always good value AND worth it
We spent several thousand pounds. There is no adequate customer service. The staff, overall, are unfriendly, which means management doesn’t understand the importance of this. Two managers were sitting there and brushed us off, citing they were busy — right when we were ready to pay and make a purchase. They place the furniture by the entrance — take it, commoner, and go. Sadly, they won’t last long this way.
