Really excellent experience, honest and fair
Total loser. Seems to believe that acting like a troll is an effective strategy. A wannabe bully who talks a big game, but can't deliver for his clients against pro se (self-represented) litigants. Don't waste your money, time, case, or dignity on this paper tiger.
I hired Richard to review my POA and advise me and all he could focus on was one small thing and would not listen to any of my other concerns or questions. In the end, he basically threatened me and told me I'd end up in jail. Not something a frightened woman needs to hear. Steer clear.
I don't normally give reviews but I thought it was only fair to give a review to Richard Cohen because he has been there for me since 2008, when I went thru my first divorce and yes there was a child involved. Things with my ex-wife (who is also an attorney) have never gone smoothly, so needless to say, I have used Richards services at least 5 times over the years.
