Not recommended for patent work. Workarounds for the patent written with the help of Mr. Clarke have been numerous. He is no longer doing any IP litigation or related C&D letters at this time according to his email too. I've talked to 4 different patent attorneys and each one says that there is nothing we can do because the the wording. Expensive learning lesson and disappointing results. I believe he is retired or mostly retired but I had a bad experience.
