In Richard’s Tuscany & Cinque Terra workshop, I experienced a great introduction to the world of landscape photography. Updated: 6 Nov 2024 I just returned from my 3rd trip to Italy with Richard. This time I added on his Slovenia workshop prior to Italy. Once again, it was fantastic. Along with all the photography in beautiful places, there was more culture and food! I love that we visit iconic locations, but also off the beaten path places that we have to ourselves. Just completed my first workshop in Tuscany (fall 2024) with Richard and what a great time it was. He promised by the end we'd be exhausted and have amazing photos; he delivered on both fronts. I didn't know what to expect from this trip and was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of locations and technical shooting styles. We weren't only focused on landscape photography, we did street photography, city scape, night time city scapes, urban, rural, rain, no rain... you name it. Tuscany, seen and experienced under the guidance of Richard Cavalleri, is something to be remembered. The context - only three people who lived, ate and travelled with Richard for 10 days -, the sharing of knowledge, the time spent in post-processing made me, I believe, a better landscape photographer.
