I first met Richard 40 years ago when I retired from the Navy and took a part time business full time. He guided me through the tax and investment rules and regulations. His help and knowledge of the tax rules has saved me thousands of dollars, very often not paying any extra for the income form the business but getting a large portion of what was deducted from my retirement pension back. Quite often more than enough to pay for his service. We don't socialise out of the office, but I consider him to be a friend.
