Attempted to use Mr. Learman as an attorney to get together a family business Buy-Sell agreement, merger on 2 companies, and also some smaller items to get this all done. Correspondence was extremely slow, taking nearly a full year to get these 2 major points close to done. We then received a bill for over $250 per hour for about 20 hours of work completed.
