Richard B. Herman sold me out to the federal government. He was my attorney in a federal case & after paying him hundreds of thousands he stopped all representation when the money ran out. I even gave him a couple of Rolex Watches. He ripped several other clients off that were being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. Several clients filed complaints with the New York State Bar Association & were preparing to file a class action lawsuit against him. Don't believe any of the hype about him.
