Richard was wonderful to work with as our closing agent. He was nice, communicative, and had a good sense of humor, putting us at ease. He made the entire process very easy and comfortable for us.
Mr. Campbell and his team were hired as closing attorney. Begining of communication was a little concerning as I received multiple calls from various people in the office requesting the same personal information and had a delay in processing my earnest money deposit. Also had an issue with sharing of personal protected information by unsecure means. After reviewing my concerns, things went smoothly. He is a straight shooter which is great when it comes to getting the job done. Rocky start but by the end was a job well done!
I love working with Mr Campbell and all of his team! I am a real estate agent and every time I have a contract I always send them directly there because I know how fast they are and that my clients will be in good hands!
Mr. Campbell did an amazing job representing me in court with my house that had trespassers that refused to move out when the purchase of my house did not go through. Him and his team then helped me close on my house once the trespassers were out and real buyers purchased my house.
My wife and I had the privilege of being recommended an excellent attorney in Richard. While navigating our first home purchase, he and his associates were extremely helpful, personable, and professional. Our closing ran smoothly, including a last minute analysis of our contractual options when my wife and I were experiencing 'cold feet'. Among the sea of competitive lawyers, I strongly recommend Richard's experienced service. P.S. we followed through with our house choice and love it!
