I had a small DYI project to fix a ceramic soap dish holder in my bathtub. I walked in and they gave me just what I needed and more. I got the ceramic replacement and they generously gave me the mortar and some tips to do the job myself. Everyone I engaged with had great customer service and left a great impression on me. Thank you to everyone there that helped me that day!
I have for many years enjoyed a marble bathroom countertop that Oliva installed perhaps in 1996. But in the course of the last 3-4 years, I noticed an unsightly brownish-grey stain had appeared. It is symmetrical and in the very front of the bowl. I went by the shop and was courteously served by the women at the counter, She said none of the workmen were available but that sometimes it is possible to do a 'wash'.
