Asked receptionist how to reach attorney as there was no return call/ email, he stated "well you're standing in his office." Explained I am aware as I drive here; they never returned my calls/ emails and it's been weeks. He did not know if attorney was in court or not, refused to give an extension number, did not know if he was returning, inconvenienced he had to do the job he was hired to do. Receptionist needs a job that does not require interaction with people.
