Whats with him answering the phone with "What do you want?!" .. what happened to "hello?" and common curiosity. Someone needs to work on their social skills or find a different line of work. Shame on you.

I was not even on the phone with the staff person for 10 seconds. I only stated “Hello, I’d like to speak to Mr. Richard Chase —“ before this person yelled “What do YOU want!?” I said “Nothing anymore” and hung up the phone. Hard pass. If you can’t be kind why would I trust you for a legal question. Maybe someone else will have a different experience but I’ll never call again
