Had Tom Rich do my taxes for the first time in 2022 & that year was a success taxes were filed by the deadline. 2023 I also had him do my taxes and they weren’t submitted until after August 2024 and now I’m paying penalty fees. Seems to be very incompetent. No desire to want to file this year’s taxes before the deadline. As a certified public accountant, I had asked if he could help file our New York sales tax and he pretty much said that he didn’t know how but that he would give it a shot come April 15, but however, my sale... read more
Clueless
Tom to the rescue 2017 was the last year I did my own taxes using Turbo Tax. I made a significant and costly error which could have cost me a lot of money. I turned the problem over to Tom along with my documentation. He contacted the IRS, got the problem solved so I only had to pay a small fraction of what I owed. Tom did my 2018 taxes and I'll go back to him for 2019
Tom has consistently done a great job on my taxes for years. He stays on top of all the new laws, codes & deductions allotted. I am very pleased with the job he does for me.
