Rich was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. Super quick to respond and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He and his assistant did a fantastic job capturing our day. We could not be happier deciding to go with Rich. His knowledge of the venue and patience throughout the day was impressive. We have so many pictures where we didn’t even realize there was a photographer nearby and those are the most amazing ones.

We couldn't have found a better photographer! He captured our personalities wonderfully during our engagement photos, it was a literal blizzard, and he treaded through the snowfall with us. He created a fun and warm atmosphere where we felt comfortable. Our wedding was nothing short than perfect and he captured it all. Our guests and wedding party were very impressed with him, as we were. He made us feel high priority and responded quickly to e-mails. We do plan to use him in the future for other needs. Rich helped me plan the most epic proposal at letchworth state park for a hot air balloon proposal. He was absolutely amazing with planning, setting up before we got there and working with the balloon company so my finance wouldn’t find out what was happening. He did such an amazing job editing and getting forever memory’s. 10/10 I would highly recommend him!

Rich was incredible to work with! He made wedding photos fun and was amazing at eliciting genuine reactions from us. We felt at ease with the process and on the day of our wedding. He was fun and made the planning easy with multiple planning templates. He was accommodating to all of our thoughts and helped make our day exactly what we had hoped it would be.

Rich was very professional and fun to work with. He showed genuine care and love for his work, and it came through in the resulting pictures. He was willing to be flexible and adjust as the weather changed the plans for the day. He was like a gun slinger with his two camera holsters. My mother was skeptical at first, but once she saw the pictures she was completely happy with the outcome.
