Honestly haven’t had a bad experience myself I see all the one star reviews. Both Josh and Miss Cynthia are A1 imo.
There are good drivers here, you just have to be lucky enough that their paras hasn't called in making them late to the route, pick up times are beyond inconsistent, maybe one week you will be at one time maybe the next week you are at another, communication is dismal at best, customer service skills lacking for most of the staff aside from the good ones, tragic really.
This is for the Chicago Ridge location, Stephanie is very kind and helpful person I’ve had my CDL for just about ten years and I’ve never seen a boss or someone in charge just be so kind and professional. Thank you Stephanie I would like to recognize you here on google.
