Attorney Rich was my court appointed attorney. Having been my first go in the courts, my expectations of a public defender were a bit higher. He earned me a CWOF, which I guess is all he is responsible to do. I finished it myself through motions, pro se. Disappointed, but my expectations are now adjusted to American life.
Honest hard-working, Attorney he is the best. I recommend him highly known him for several years. He never fails.
Attorney Rich was assigned by CPCS as my public defender. I requetsed a new attorney due to communication issues with my prior court appointed attorney. Attorney Rich's telephone is not in service, and I can not find an email address for him. This should be interesting.
he told me even if i got a not guilty that it will show up on my record anyway so just take the deal. He was judgemental which made me feel not confidant to go to trial. he showed up to court late each time. I feel like I was recommended to take a plea deal because it was easy. I was told by outcome was favorable but now that I have a record I don't feel like such
