These ppl are stealing, from ppl. The phone number doesn't work, they don't respond to emails and there is no way to get a refund. Please do not purchase anything from rich and clear unless you want to be scammed
This is the second time they took my money and haven’t sent me any products.
Love this product I have been using it since 2021. Great Product however the customer service is horrible I ordered 4 months ago back in January I still have not received my order. I was provided tracking information however the tracking says no information available. Also I have reached out to the company via email twice and have not received a response and I also reached out via Instagram still waiting on a response. Product is great if your able to even get it.
I only gave one star because there’s nothing lower. very very very poor customer service I emailed over 100 times I orders 8 months ago and still haven’t received my items or any email regarding my order. Maybe with this review I get your attention smh
Seriously I'm so pissed with this company. 3 months and I haven't received my order. Nor have I gotten any answers about it. A tracking number was made a month ago and still isn't received by UPS. Horrible business practices and at this point stealing money from customers. No answer to emails, messages or phone calls because the damn phone is always busy.
