Seriously I'm so pissed with this company. 3 months and I haven't received my order. Nor have I gotten any answers about it. A tracking number was made a month ago and still isn't received by UPS. Horrible business practices and at this point stealing money from customers. No answer to emails, messages or phone calls because the damn phone is always busy.
Scam artist. The phone number doesn't work, and their email is fake. I use Gmail, and I received an error message stating that the email couldn't be found . They have a nice front going on. I will be reporting them to IG, BBB, and my bank. I will get my funds back. There's enough evidence to prove they don't actually send out the products you order.

Update: Received my order: (timeline of things for future buyers) Order placed February 2nd. Label made February 20th, after I sent an email for order status. No updates after that via tracking number. Shipment hasn't been dropped off. FINALLY received an email update on the package out for delivery on March 19, 2025. Original: I'm still waiting for my order to ship. Label made, but package never taken to shipping company. There is no way to refund/cancel the order.
I finally get my product after 3 MONTHS! And it has mold in it. MOLD! Are you kidding me?! I swearrrrr I will never order again.
