First time coming so I was like LOST lol but they directed me . I had trouble with my load number and they were super patient. The guys even helped me do a BLIND SIDE 😎 . This was an overall learning experience throughout this whole load from top to finish but we made it happen. Remember people are people so be kind to one another.
Picked up a load here in a dry van. Checked in and was loaded quickly. It took from start to finish 1.5hrs to load and I even came in during lunch time. Good friendly people!
Enter Floyd stree black mark security guard need po# then go scale red marker you have to do u turn park on scale go inside take ticket go to building 15 make left turn BEFORE SECURITY GUARD don’t exit follow yellow marker park on blue marker go check in they give door when load someone come to you and best place to go is green marker you can park overnight in blue marker good place
Been here numerous times. Always a great experience. Overnight parking. Sometimes they will load you early if they have time and your product is ready. There’s only been one time I wasn’t loaded early and it was because they were slammed with appointments. And when I say early I mean I get there the day before around 6-7pm and they typically load me make sure you get a trailer washout they are very strict about having a clean trailer and no holes or floor damage and no odd smells
Maximum negative experience! Waiting with a box truck from 8AM trough 4PM for an LTL shipment! Appointment time was 8AM - 5PM. It's a food factory don't come over here if you are doing an expediting operations. Unfortunately I'm not an owner operator or I would cancel this pickup and leave this place after max 2h of waiting.
