Worst I mean worst company ever to pick loads up from I got here at 10 my appointment was at 12 they got me in the door at 1010 and I didn’t get a forklift on me till 1:30 that’s ridiculous it truly is I thought I would experience better service coming to a place like this I was late for my delivery in Illinois because I sat in the dock so long waiting to be loaded
Easy chcekin ,slow loading , also takes 1 hour for paperwork , make sure your gross weight from CAT scale.
Very good place don’t see the negative comments I arrived at 11:30 am for an appointment at 2:00 pm and it’s 1:40 pm and I’m already leaving
First time coming so I was like LOST lol but they directed me . I had trouble with my load number and they were super patient. The guys even helped me do a BLIND SIDE 😎 . This was an overall learning experience throughout this whole load from top to finish but we made it happen. Remember people are people so be kind to one another.
Picked up a load here in a dry van. Checked in and was loaded quickly. It took from start to finish 1.5hrs to load and I even came in during lunch time. Good friendly people!
