Really disappointed in their customer care. My water meter froze and busted a gasket and they said I broke it and charged me for the meter and would not listen to me.
Not going to give a bad review because I need my water lol.
Lack of communication with customers when changing online billing. Text messages never received . Read website is not adequate. Who goes to the website. I pay online. Payment went through last month. Cancelled this month with no warning No letter. No email Only way I became aware was through tracking payment which did not show up. Very frustrated. Called office continually told I was given a text message or I could read on website. Did not happen. Poor way of doing business
