Not going to give a bad review because I need my water lol.
Lack of communication with customers when changing online billing. Text messages never received . Read website is not adequate. Who goes to the website. I pay online. Payment went through last month. Cancelled this month with no warning No letter. No email Only way I became aware was through tracking payment which did not show up. Very frustrated. Called office continually told I was given a text message or I could read on website. Did not happen. Poor way of doing business
I've been with rice water supply for 42 years I'm on the water board they put me on there somehow they are very good people to work with I've never had any problem with them they are very understanding and a great group all the way around I wish him all the best and I hope I continue to get good service
